Agreement

By using compute-routehub.digital and contacting Compute Routehub Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or request services.

Services

We provide trade marketing advisory and production support for omnichannel retail programs in Thailand. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written proposal and your acceptance define the scope of any paid engagement.

No online payments

This website does not process payments or host checkout. Invoices and payment methods are arranged offline after scope is agreed.

Inquiries

Contact forms send inquiries only. Submitting a form does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or guarantee availability.

Intellectual property

Site content, templates, and brand materials remain our property unless a proposal assigns deliverables to you upon payment. Client-supplied brand assets remain yours; you grant us a limited license to use them for the engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful or harmful content through forms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. For paid work, liability limits are stated in the proposal.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok unless a proposal states otherwise.
